Frequently Asked Questions



To place an order, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Remember to choose the correct size and color. Once you are satisfied, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page to proceed to checkout. Fill up the required details and place your order.



All payment are processed via PayPal. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you can check out as guest by filling in your personal information followed by card information. We do not accept cash on delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed before shipping out. Orders within Singapore are shipped at a flat rate of $3 via SingPost normal mail. Delivery time is dependent on the efficiency of SingPost and your regional post office. The estimated duration is 1-5 business days.


Returns & Exchanges

If you have received the wrong item (wrong size, color or design), please contact us to get an exchange. We will cover the shipping fees for both ways since the fault was ours. Alternatively, you can head over to any of our stores to exchange and pick up your item upon prior confirmation.

Returns and refunds are accepted at your expenditure.
